Do not wear if the screws cannot be securely fastened.
One of the four lugs that attaches the watch to the strap is not properly tightened. I've attached others with a tight fit, but one never stayed tight and I was able to keep turning/tightening it easily. I wore it carelessly and had to tighten it several times before I felt the watch slip off my wrist. I'm thankful my watch is still big and one screw has become a problem for me. The strap was a little stretched but overall it looked good and functional. My guess is that either the male or female part of the rod was stripped directly or deformed in some way.
