Works perfectly I mist mine occasionally with some lavender water. I heat mine for about 1.5 mins in microwave then usually an additional min in 30 second increments. I give it a good shake in between heating cycles. Be careful heating it because it actually gets hotter after you take it out and give it a good shake. I think it takes the heat a little time to fully distribute throughout the product. Better to heat up slower. Mine looks just as pictured. I bought this one to specifically keep at my office to replace a cheaper one I had which broke. I love the length of it perfect for laying across your shoulders and neck. Its about 26 inches long and about 4.5 inches wide and a good 1.5inces thick. It feels extremely well made very full and very stiff when you first start using it. It does loosen up after just a couple of uses. I expect to last for quite a while.
