The product arrived early, which is very nice. The screw holes were unthreaded, which got worse when I realized I didn't have a 10mm x 1.5 tap handy. Despite a few days delay, installation was quick and easy. The quality of this winch is very similar to the OEM and offers excellent value for money. Everyone who buys this product has the skills to use it so for the money this is a great buy. The guys from ZM got back to me quickly and I was able to complete the installation.
