I am an expert on this accelerator system. I bought this part for a murder investigation (Inadvertent Acceleration). work. The element is backward connected. It cost me 5 hours of work and 2 calls to a lawyer due to an error in my report which turned out to be a stuffing error and a GM.Expert 250 per hour x 5 hours = 1250.00 lost plus stress. The reason is that GM released an inverted chart and this part is based on their flawed proprietary information. I've covered this in GM service documents for years, they are wrong.
