Too bulky and looks cheap. Received broken.

This item is really big and bulky but not heavy. Unfortunately I could not test the product because it was defective. For me the instructions were pretty basic but I thought I was doing something wrong. How it broke I think overall the instructions were quite difficult and I will not be purchasing another replacement for this product.
