This is a lovely shirt but runs small for a medium sized girl. I bought size L for 8 years. The material is thin. I bought a blue button down shirt. I still like it but need a bigger size. UPDATE: I ordered a size up and it fits perfectly. I suggest increasing the size. Also, I think it might shrink a bit in the wash.
