Read to the end. The company contacted me and corrected the situation by sending another one or offering a refund. I tried with another one. So far, so good. The battery or the connection may have been bad. Update if the problem is with a new one. The rep I worked with was great! I would write a good review even if the battery life is rather weak. But this thing gave me charging problems from day one, if the cable wasn't a certain way it now won't charge at all. In principle, there was no guarantee, and it wasn't that cheap. Don't waste your time
