The ease of use, ability to customize as needed with our own branding/logo etc., easy integration into existing infrastructure (such is not always available).

Would like more options in terms or customizing screens that can be used without having an account set up - i would love if we could have this option so anyone who needs it doesn't need access but still has full functionality! Also wish there was some way I didn’t see mentioned here where you don;' t lose your current customers when switching over from another provider- something about losing my clients made me nervous at first since they are important people within their companies & knowing them being able move away scared us all haha!! But once everything settled down everyone seemed fine wth what happened which gave confidence moving forward :) So far no issues really other than maybe needing better support staff.
