You'd think a top $79 beard trimmer would have attachments for beards of any length. There are no length fuses for 5mm-15mm. This is madness. 4mm is not enough for me and 16mm is too long. Over 16mm means more for very long beards or hair. If this is sold as a beard trimmer, include 5-15mm guards! Seriously, how many people use 20mm+ to trim their beards? In addition to this length, the guards are poorly marked. Black on black in small print is very difficult to see, even with glasses. The plastic also feels very cheap and rough, which irritates my skin. The body of the razor itself is made of high-quality, durable stainless steel, but they've cheapened and dropped the heads. When I use a razor without a head to shave my neck it grabs and pulls hairs which hurts and this has never happened with any other trimmer I've owned, even cheap ones. Not sure if that means the razor teeth are dull or if it vibrates too slowly. Very disappointed!
