6 inch skewers looked great on our gluten free snacks. We strung 4 articles in 5 different combinations. I will list them below. We found that when a guest tried to eat an appetizer, sometimes the cheese would remain on the plate. It was more of a problem when something on the skewer was a bit cheeky and dripped onto the cheese, soggy the outer edges and slightly sticking it to the dish. As we debated this, we decided that maybe the end was too narrow to grab the cheese and that a shorter end of the skewer might help avoid this.
