I think it fits perfectly
I bought this for my 3 year old who normally wears 3T. I usually buy one size swimwear and buy him a 4t. It fits great and he can definitely wear it next summer and it won't be too big for this year. The rough stock with the inscription on the hanger came off after a few wears, but looks good. After wearing it for a while (no washing), the shirt has also faded a bit, now white on the bottom and blue on the top. It still looks very cute!

- We liked it, but it runs small/tight, like a real rashguard. Some pain to get off a wet kid.
- May be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time
