12/3/2018I felt hesitant to mark down the product 1 star, but one of the buttons stopped working out of the 2 units I own within short period of time. Besides that, this product is great! When I first contacted the customer service, they gave me some troubleshooting steps, which did not fix the problem. They immediately replied and willing to send out a replacement. Needless to say, the customer service is awesome. Due to my own neglect, I did not send in the necessary documents in a timely matter (2 days delayed), however, they sent out a replacement prior to my reply and it is on the way already.11/29/2018I bought first one for the kitchen, after using it for awhile, loved the quality and easy to look at. The numbers are large and the beeps are loud, able to see the time and temperature is a definite plus. Since it worked so great, I bought the second one for shower. It was great at first, but after less than 2 months of use, the minute button stopped working. The clear and 10 minute button still works. I am putting a 1 star for now and will update after I contact the customer service to see if anything can be resolved
