Review on ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ High-Performance Epson SureColor P900 17-Inch Printer: Black Edition by James Jenkins

Failed to set up right out of the box

Epson seems to have serious quality control issues. I could not print frames because this printer does not complete the setup. I get either error 000024 or 000021 but with little rhyme or reason. Thankfully no grinding noises, just a series of quiet and inefficient printer noises. Good luck finding _any_ information about these error codes on the internet - there is simply no information available. Not that the root cause of a learning problem will help you. With no menu access, all you get is a power button and plug! How would you even begin with something like this self-service? As soon as Epson tech support opens tomorrow, I guess I'll have to call them to find out what we're doing with the huge, brittle plastic rock that's sitting next to me. . I think I'll have to pack everything up and send it back. I then enjoy waiting for another printer, which has a _surprising_ high chance of becoming unusable. Or should I just cancel the $400+ I spent on a working set of cartridges? (How crappy is it from a user perspective that you force your customers to load 10 ink cartridges just to waste them in front of them? Wow. I didn't even see that fiasco!) Maybe Canon will ship working printers?
