My sincere apologies to Gofanco. First I wrote a bad review. However, after some careful testing, the issue was resolved. Their technical support answered me in less than 24 hours. When you buy and install, be sure to go to the gofanco website and update your drivers. We have very high quality monitors, Philips 200P3.21"..with everything related to HDMI, we need a converter to work on our Lenovo Flex4 laptop with 16 gigabytes of RAM. With this device, they now serve as 3 monitors and 4 systems with five monitors the other two are a 720hd hdmi 32" and a 1080p hdmi 55" monitor and of course the laptop screen itself an emerging field and laptops are the way to go and with gofanco usb 3.0 to hdmi /DVI devices, it is possible. Reverse viewing means. YES. We strongly recommend this purchase. We use 3 devices at the same time.
