The bike consisted of three parts: a frame with tires mounted, a handlebar and a seat. Both attach with a quick release and are very easy to adjust. It was ready to drive in about 4 minutes! There's really nothing special about this bike other than delivering what the manufacturer promises. The bike is very light and the tires are foam so there are no punctures. If this is a sell/tipping point, then get it now. My daughter rode this bike several times at the end of the summer. The tires seem to be holding up well even though the ride was on pavement/grass etc, not really rough terrain. All in all a solid bike! Hope that helps.
