While most laptops come with a standard webcam, a webcam that doesn't make me look blurry with weird dark shadows means that many (many, many) of the video conferences I attend bother me much happier. It took a bit for the camera to be recognized but to be honest it only took about 2 minutes. The picture quality is much better than what I'm used to. It is easy to adjust to the right angle. Switching on the light (there are 3 lighting levels) is done with one touch. One of the images shows 3 kids holding the camera to their eyes and the other shows my phone's camera on my laptop. It's got a tripod hole and there's a whole bunch of extra stuff it can do (replace the background?) if you want to record videos for YouTube or Tik Tok or whatever kids are doing these days. But to me, better quality and light means happier video conferencing times.
