There were only 14 spools in package 16. They sent a second order, same store, only 14 missing colors 2, they could not verify why, and the rest are not 16, or by the sound of it they will contact the manufacturer, so they talk about the problem of missing colors, I would say once are good mistakes, but they all have something. After all that and the lack of 2 colors the ones I have seem cheaper and the pair doesn't really match the item info pictures so I won't be buying from these guys again I was better off telling Joanna walk.
