Make the most of it in the pre-workout
Very pleasant taste. I have it in mango. Not bad taste at all. Now I've only tested this as I'm saving the rest to use for swelling after my upcoming abdominal surgery. I wonder how that compares to a real lymphatic massage. I plan to use it instead of a massage. So I'm planning an update. What I can report is that this is not a quick powder/drink. I haven't noticed any reduction in swelling after using just one pack.
