I didn't realize how crappy my subwoofer feet were until they installed them! The reason I bought them is because my setup has a subwoofer on a ceramic tile floor. My original Rel subwoofer feet literally bounced and crackled during calibration as the subwoofer vibrations hit the floor through the feet. I thought it messed up the calibration. When I took off the original feet, I found that even with a high-end subwoofer - the feet are an area of cost reduction - the original feet were very simple - light and cheap - even the screw was plastic. This SVS kit is a different creature altogether - heavy, durable and well built. In fact, after installation, the bass is now more controlled and, in general, with a better sound - the subwoofer does not work; The vibrations are the woofer vibrations, not the legs - as it should be. Highly recommended. They are very strong/heavy and have multiple mounting options. It probably fits most subwoofers. 4 stars as it is relatively expensive for what it is. I was skeptical about ordering - even buyer's remorse came up during delivery. But it really worked and was worth the investment. There are other options like insulated coasters but this one is cleaner and simpler in my opinion.
