Works well but has some quality issues, it doesn't even come close to the quality level of the grip that comes with the switch. The right joystick is very easy to insert and very easy to remove. However, the left joycon is very hard to hit and even harder to get off. It feels like the plastic is rubbing against itself and it takes a lot of force to detach the left joystick. I thought mine might have been an accident and returned it and bought this one again only to find the new one had the exact same problem. I would skip it.
