I like that you can go into terminal management from anywhere. You don't have to be physically at work or home which is always nice! There are certain things about this program that could use some improvement. For example, there needs to be more training available online so people do not feel left behind when they join a new site because it's hard to find information if you're brand new. This software does what we need it to do very well but sometimes it's difficult to locate answers quickly without asking someone who knows how everything works. We've been able to keep up with our schedule by using this system as well as being able to communicate efficiently between multiple locations.
