The ability to pause and replay sessions is a huge benefit. I have been able to identify some issues that have been causing my users frustration. This has allowed us to fix them without having to wait for a new release of our product! It's not perfect but it gets the job done. We are still working on the UI/UX so there are areas where we feel like we need to improve. If you need something that will allow you to quickly identify user issues this is what you want. We are solving an issue that was causing our users frustration.
