I'm pretty sure the kit came with a missing piece because I couldn't figure out how to connect the various bits to the handle/shaft should. Many people have commented the same. I guess I thought (foolishly) I was smarter, or I could find out, or I wouldn't meet the same fate. I was wrong. Without a connector between the nozzle and the handle/shaft, it's practically useless. So crazy. As mentioned, there are no written instructions so you'll never be sure if you're an idiot and can't figure it out or if there's a part missing. Either way. Thumbs down.
