Review on X Home Meat Grinder Attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixer: Sausage Stuffers, Grinding Plates, Blades - Sturdy Metal (Not Dishwasher Safe) by Amanda Harrell

Who knew I needed a meat grinder?

I found a great YouTube video about meatloaf, a dish I hated ever since I ate it for Wednesday lunchtime at summer day camp in 1956. or the attachment for your blender. We have KitchenAid which both my mum and wife love. I didn't want to spend KitenAid prices on a device that I knew I would only use once. This was half the price and works great. The chef stressed that once you mince the meat yourself, you'll never store packaged mince again. I won't go that far, but he was right, it's better and definitely cheaper to grind it yourself. It may take 2 minutes to set up the device. Cleaning is not an easy task, but I suspect there isn't a coffee grinder in this form on the market that doesn't exist. It takes some cleaning to get everything clean and shiny, but so be it. This is NOT dishwasher safe, I don't think there are machines on the market. You need to dry cutting wheels and parts quickly. But overall I can't wait to get out and use it again. Would definitely buy this unit again and my only regret is that I didn't buy it a year ago. If you have a KitchenAid, I highly recommend this unit. Oh, by the way, the bacon wrapped mixed meat meatloaf was spectacular!
