, When I first started working from home I bought this to help my wife with neck and wrist strain she was getting from spending all day on her laptop. We needed this to elevate the laptop and provide a more comfortable fit for her wrist. She experimented with different settings to find the right one, but when she found it she was very pleased. She continues to use it every day for 6 months in this madness and it has helped her a lot. She loves it. There are many adjustable settings. It's great for a table, but as you get higher it becomes a bit more fragile. The laptop of my life is very thin and light. Older heavy laptops may not perform well at higher settings as they tip over easily.
