, When I first started working from home I bought this to help my wife with neck and wrist strain she was getting from spending all day on her laptop. We needed this to elevate the laptop and provide a more comfortable fit for her wrist. She experimented with different settings to find the right one, but when she found it she was very pleased. It's great for a table, but as you get higher it becomes a bit more fragile. The laptop of my life is very thin and light.
