Review on malu by Nap Olivas

I have to admit that I was very dissatisfied with my recent purchase from Malu, both in terms of product quality and customer service. The products I got were of poor quality and did not match the description on their website. My order of bath towels arrived thin and scratchy, and my new shower curtain is poorly made and full of broken threads. The customer support rep I contacted was rude and unhelpful when I voiced my complaints. They didn't provide any answers and seemed eager to end the discussion rather than address my issues. Overall, I was very disappointed with Malu, and I would not suggest their products or service to anyone. The website's claims of product quality were not borne out in practice, and neither was the company's unresponsive and unhelpful customer support. If you need items for your bathroom and house, I suggest searching elsewhere.
