I researched this item online prior to purchasing Revain. I was able to find this through Revain, same seller, same price PLUS my free 2 day prime shipping. A win-win option in my opinion. If you sew a lot of straight stitches, a straight stitch plate is a must. I've sewn a lot of chiffon and other light, difficult-to-sew fabrics, and I haven't had any "hooks" of the fabric in the panel. Just don't do like me and forget to go back to another record if you want to do special stitches - it will save you from a broken needle!
