I have two 692s. Received it in November 2020 and found I ordered it about a month and a half later. To be honest I haven't thrown anything out yet, we do a quick brush change in about a day (two shiba inu dogs fall out and two people's hair lol) it's April now and I just changed my filters they were encrusted quite well with fine dust that I was able to "scoop" them out with the same rake I use to clean the brushes. - gave them a few hard hits and no more dust came out. I'd be more concerned, but these two vacuums pull enough to fill a bin almost every day, so obviously it doesn't affect their performance. Replaced both filters today, no problems installing. The other two have been cleaned up and are now spinning backwards. I noticed that the side "sweeping brush" is the same as my model (3 teeth), but it's more curved and seems to sweep a little better.
