These shoes exceeded my wildest expectations. Most of the popular athletic shoe brands don't fit me because of the high crotch and large underwires which make most brands too tight and create bruises and even calluses on my feet. I also wear custom-made orthotics to prevent spur healing and other problems associated with long-term stress on the feet when playing sports. The Mainch shoe, which I had never heard of before coming across this pair, solves all these problems perfectly. They are extremely comfortable without creating any of the hot spots and discomfort that I get from most major brands. The cushioning they provide is excellent, absorbing the impact of running, cross training or the impact your feet receive from living on the concrete and asphalt surfaces they walk on every day. As is the support they give to the arches. These shoes adapt well to the foot, like worn gloves. They are well made with quality materials and workmanship. I also love the design elements on these shoes. The all black ones I ordered have gray accents which add pop and visual interest to the shoe. Last but not least is the fact that these shoes are a great deal with a retail price of less than fifty dollars at the time of writing this article. I have others that are more than double the price but not half as good as what is mentioned here. You can't lose with them.
