Little bulges in the thread

I was so excited when I received my quilt! The colors are so vibrant. The only downside is that when unpacking, there were little threads everywhere and none of them ripped the duvet. But I've only had it a few days and I noticed that there was a spot where the thread was pulling the square quilt in the quilt hems. However, this doesn't seem to affect the quality of the blanket and it doesn't look like it's going to fall apart, just a minor distraction from the design.
