We were actually looking for an aft harness when we found this one. We have a new kitten, he is about 10 weeks old. This pendant adapts to him. We pinned part of the collar with just one finger because he wanted his lower jaw to get stuck. Since this harness is just as adjustable and flexible, it grows with him. Line could be a little longer. But you just need to buy a longer light leash or make it from a light weight small diameter nylon rope/cord. We would buy it again, but it is well made and hardly wears out.
