Review on Soireehome Glass Wine Aerator: Gourmet Decanter for All Wine Bottles (Gift Set) by Chris Sharma

I'm going to "Gifting Day" this weekend. The weekend before Thanksgiving, we have an annual party with our closest friends. It includes lots of food and lots of liquor - the best combinations for a holiday! I am really looking forward to taking this set to fantastic display and tasting of our wine and drinks. I've already tested it to make sure it's demo worthy and I can say it is! The aerator easily slides over any wine bottle and stays in place. It's a little annoying when you take a bottle of wine and turn it completely upside down and trust the aerator to stay in place and not burst. Not a drop is lost and the wine flows gently into the glass. I know there's science behind this aerator, but to me it's magic because it can add the same flavor to an $8 bottle of red wine as it does to a $30 bottle. a bottle of wine, it takes longer than usual. I used one of the caps on a bottle of Cabernet that I didn't keep in the fridge and after 1 week the taste was still the same. I chilled the stick in the freezer for about 45 minutes. The stem easily fits a champagne bottle (or possibly any bottle long enough). I kept the champagne at room temperature for about an hour and it still tasted chilled. Maybe if tested it could last longer. These products are of high quality and I am very happy with the set. This is a gift for me, but my friends will benefit from it.
