I bought this for home office use. While comfortable to use, I found the trackball functionality required to use it as a mouse to be incompatible at best. Sometimes the cursor freezes and doesn't move even after several attempts when the trackball is moved. Cursor movement is also somewhat unpredictable: it slows down or speeds up for no apparent reason, and it's often very difficult to move it to the exact spot to bring up a drop-down menu, for example. I've tried adjusting the Windows mouse pointer setting and disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable to the computer, but nothing worked. I am thinking of buying another brand trackball as it is very difficult to use.
