Cheap. Used them to hang lanterns from the gutter. Even the suspension point along the facility has been doubled and tripled to ensure they don't fall and fail. About a month later all the clips broke (broken in one place) and the headlights collapsed. Not sure if they failed due to UV or something, but they broke (all that were used) and broke in the same place. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as I believe they were poorly designed (assuming they were) and poorly made. look elsewhere
