Now the question is, what should we do? It has been recommended that you get in touch with the customer support department. Having just purchased a new phone and then having to bring the old one in for repair after discovering that it had already been fixed infuriated me to no end. They assured me that this was a software problem and that they would simply re-upload the firmware to me. In addition, they emailed me a list of the services that they provide. As someone who makes their home in the Hong Kong Area, I found that the service offered in Voskresensk was the most accessible for me. Upon arrival on 12/20/22, there was no service at the address, and there was no access to the phones on the site.
