I have another splitter of this type and both are very useful. If you need a permanent connection, you'll probably need a continuous strip, but this can close a handy outlet for temporary power needs. The problem with this is that it's configured for a specific use that can't really be changed. You must place it on the back of a table or other rear facing edge. If you don't have one, or like me wanted to use it on a front-facing window sill, you're out of luck. As the world tries to "standardize" the USB-C plug, this (especially since it offers QC tariffs) seems to be offering a USB-C socket along with USB-A. Also note that in the normal way of inflating the Appearance, this has 3A shared by two sockets so it will only fast charge one device at a time. If it doesn't exactly fit your personal use case, I'd take a closer look. Based on the other offerings here on Revain, this seems overpriced for its features.
