Product arrived on time. Luckily I bought 2 of these adapters. The first one I used worked and still works. When I started using the second adapter it broke and didn't work. The return period has expired and it really needs to be replaced due to a defect. Hit and miss points for me; 50/50 Gave 2 stars because 1 worked, arrived on time, but no more stars because the other adapter is now a good paperweight. UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered technical support. We ran some troubleshooting steps to double check the adapter. He still didn't answer and didn't work. The company immediately sent a replacement and arrived in 2 days. Thank you for your help and answer to my problem. Both adapters work great and will continue to use the company for future purchases. Thanks again.
