I liked how easy it was to setup, as well as use once we started getting some results back. The support team is wonderful! They responded very quickly to our inquiries, which made us feel like they truly care about their program. We did not have any issues but there are so many features that one could get lost if they were inexperienced. So this would probably make for a great beginner's product; however, those who know what they're doing will likely find it overly complex/feature-rich compared to something else out there. If you want a solid, relatively new, geocoding solution, go no further than GeoSensor. For my needs (tracking website traffic), the benefits outweighed the downsides. Tracking website traffic has been much easier since integrating GEOsensor into our system.
