I liked how easy it was to setup, as well as use once we started getting some results back. The support team is wonderful! They responded very quickly to our inquiries, which made us feel like they truly care about their program. We did not have any issues but there are so many features that one could get lost if they were inexperienced. I like that it is easy for any business owner, who has no coding experience at all (or very little) to use this tool without needing IT help! The software is easy to use, it's not complicated to set up and understand what is going on. It also has some very useful features such as being able to log-in and see where people are coming from. I dislike that there isn't an option for tracking users across different devices. For example if someone comes to my website via their phone they shouldn't have to go through another registration process. This would save time and money. The ease at which it integrates into our website, all we need is html code from another platform that already has tracking codes implemented for analytics purpose only!
