I have used this to try and remove blackheads. I used the correct nozzle to set up acne. I didn't hold it for more than 5 seconds at any point because it gets painful. Now I have bruises. I have one on my cheek too, too embarrassed to show it. I am a registered nurse and would not recommend it to anyone. Go to a beautician or dermatologist
