Terrible customer service from Aqueon
It comes in 2 pieces connected with a plastic loop plus a vinyl cut out piece for equipment. The individual slides fit perfectly in my aquarium, however they were not hinged flush to each other, so they cannot be flush in my lid at the same time. Contacted Aqueon and they refused to do anything because my tank is not Aqueon. Said it was "normal" for the glass to be misaligned. The hardware stores won't take it because it's hardened, so send it back to Revane.
