To be honest you really need a battery load tester with a higher capacity to be an effective test tool. But for the average DIYer, this is a reasonable alternative. I would like one of the stress testers I used to use at the dealership, but the price doesn't match the overall budget. Thus, it is a good product for the average DIYer.
