Review on Enhanced Communication: Polycom Soundpoint Pro SE-220 2-Line Conference Phone with Caller ID and LCD Display - Ideal for Efficient Conference Calls with Speed Dial and Mute Functions by Natasha Gibson

This was my third attempt at designing a new dual line phone for a private company that provides professional financial services. In short, I needed a phone that would give me maximum productivity since I spend most of my time on my phone. Initially, I tried the Uniden TRU9466 Wireless, but the performance of the speakerphone and headset was not sufficient. I then tried the AT&T 993 two-line wired speakerphone and found that the speakerphone and headset performance on this model was even worse than the previous wireless Uniden. I finally decided to spend a lot more money and try the Polycom Soundpoint Pro SE-220. This phone should be your first and only choice. Hands-free performance is much better than any other phone. I would give it 5 stars if it offered a data port and didn't have minor visibility issues when laying on a flat work surface. I believe the LCD visibility can be improved with an inexpensive phone stand/organizer that can be found at any online office supply store. This phone meets and exceeds the needs of any small business.
