The bag I was looking for / wouldn't change a thing

Almost perfect. This is the bag I was looking for. (I bought Orange, Medium) Pros: + Nice and roomy but not too big or wide for a road bike + Great strap and buckle design to keep the pack snug on the bike so there is no play + Great little compartments for Stationery Inside the backpack + Expandable to carry more on the big trip, but smaller for the daily commute. Cons: - None that I've encountered in 600 miles. I road bike, usually 25-50 miles on weekdays, more on weekends. I have had a Fizik Alante saddle for years and have used Fizik Custom bags to custom attach to Fizik saddles. I like the design as my feet never touched the bag; However, it was extremely difficult to pack even basic tools in there when I ran into trouble along the way. For example a great tool like Crank Brothers, a tube, cartridges etc. Back then it was difficult to find a place to put car keys, gel packs or anything else. I ended up wearing my jersey more than I wanted to. Anyway, after a few thousand miles and about 6 years my Fizik saddle blew apart. I tried the Brooks saddle and liked it, but it wouldn't attach to my Fizik bag. So I started looking for a saddle. "Tried a few random saddles to no avail. They were either too big or too small, couldn't fit well (I don't want any rattling, shaking or noise when riding), poor design etc. Then I found this bag. I didn't think it would work at first because it looks like a cheap fake you can get at Walmart. However, when I first attached it to the bike with a strap and buckle, I was amazed at how snug it was. Then I opened it. It's nice that the doors can be opened downwards like a mailbox, so that nothing accidentally falls out at the bottom of the bag. Then I notice small pockets on the inside of the side of the bag, which are handy for storing things like cash, a couple of spare contact lenses, a travel tube (which used to get tangled up in my undersized bag and made a mess when repacking - now the tube in the bag). , spotless and compact) etc. Finally, it's great to be able to widen the bottom of the bag to increase the capacity to carry extra items on something like a big tour, while still using it for the other 90% of normal riding is small. It's like 2 different sized bags in one. Having driven it 600 miles I love it and think the absolutely fair price makes it a steal. The material and the zippers make a very robust and well-made impression. I can imagine that this bag will last for many years.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
