For some reason, I have had a difficult time finding a soft harness for my 12 lb chihuahua mix. Her current harness has lasted nearly seven years and still has plenty of life. I believe the ThinkPet harness should work and it seems to fit comfortably so it will be a good back up. It is adjustable which at least one of the others I tried was not. I do not want to comment too strongly on durability since I haven't given it long enough to see. I am finding with a variety of harnesses that the quality of the item has declined as many American products have done over the years. Sacrificing quality for profit is not a sustainable business model. I am not saying the the ThinkPet harness has fallen prey to this. It is, in fact, the closest to what I have been looking for.
