Great tool for tracking and reporting success with clients
The ability to create custom content that can be used in our daily workflows has been great! It's also easy enough so even new staff members are able use it without having any previous experience or knowledge about AHCI programs/services etc.. I have not had many issues using this program but when we do run into an issue they respond quickly & fix things right away!! We're still learning how all these features function however once you figure out what works best - there really isn't anything too difficult at first glance :) This product helps us keep track everything from client intake through aftercare services.

- I really do not have a cons to this program it's a great program & I have used it at many of our client's and it works great!!
