Started buying these when another brand was being recalled. At first they were ok, I mean a bit small for the price, but they were affordable back then. A while ago, I think it was a cost saving, they changed the way it was dosed. Initially, there was a nice plastic hinged lid that opened and closed very well. It was also easy to get one napkin at a time. Then they replaced the lid with a cheap flimsy valve that doesn't open or close well. Also, they must have changed the way they fold the package because now you can't get just one. More often than not, a few pieces come out and you have to put them back. I had it with auto delivery but just canceled it as there is another brand available now, it's bigger and easy to dose. I hope your savings were worth what you did. a new customer, but with your changes you lost that customer.
