When the DVD players arrived it looked like I received the used one and sent it back . Maybe? The screen was very dirty, it was already on settings and just looked used and the other one was still new in the box looked like new and I had to adjust the settings to it once I turned it on volume is ok . When both are on and fully rotated in the car, it's good for kids. The picture quality is pretty good. Not HD. It seems that if you connect them with an AV cable to play the same DVD, a screen that is connected but doesn't actually play the DVD, the video quality will be much worse. Regardless of the settings you change. I wish they had opposite sides for the ports. All cable connections are on the right side. So if you're using the AV cable, you'll have to keep pulling it to reach the other one. No big deal, just a little uncomfortable. We already have two of these sets. Plastic strips (slits) on the back where the straps go are thin. Be careful not to set it too tight. They detach immediately and you can no longer hold it by the headrest. You are very weak. We had two breaks. I tried to glue it back on a very strong glue. Did not work. But Vonnie's customer service is absolutely the best I've dealt with of any company I've dealt with over the years. They will do their best to solve the problem. That alone is worth 5 stars. Also buy an additional guarantee. That saved us a lot of time. In less than 24 hours I received a refund for the defective DVD players I sent back, ordered these newer updated versions and paid extra. And got it in two days with Revain Prime. Only 3 days and everything was replaced. Now I just have to find out if I need to buy another warranty as they didn't offer it or if another warranty covers it as well. Update: I need to buy a new warranty for it too. Buy an extra guarantee. That saved us a lot of time.
