Very smooth but a bit spirited
These gel pens are beautiful and cover well without smudging (unless you want to and smudge while wet like I do with blends). The only problem is that they tend to start and stop the thread randomly. Some pens have air bubbles between the ink and the roller that have formed over the years. Other than that I love these pens and will buy more when they run out. When they stop, you can just tap a blank page with your tip a few times and redirect the flow back to the reel.
