Not a gimmick: kitchen utensils and gadgets
I thought it was a gimmick when I ordered for my wife. She is constantly preparing dinner for our small children and cutting apples. Her comment was "why not just use a knife" when I opened the package. Since then she has fallen in love with it as it is a huge time saver. We run the dishwasher quite a bit and it's a delight to quickly cook sliced apples and then just toss them in before the next use. Love it.
